Post 16 Transition - Preparing for Adulthood

‘Preparing for Adulthood' means the work carried out by professionals, alongside families. The professionals are from education, health and social care. It supports children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations. 

Peterborough Local Authority have a helpline, which parents and carers can call to ask questions. The helpline is open once a month, on the first Wednesday of each month from 1pm - 3pm.
